@Dreamer about paypal , yes it did. Google cloud doesn't allow anymore virtual cards, and if you didn't have an U.S. IP you need VAT if you select individual instead of business account. Nonetheless , you can always use the virtual cards in other ways, and , why not , create an ebook.

So I Had The Doubt That, For The First Deposit There Is a 1$ Fee and The Rest Deposits Can Be Free or On Every Deposit There Is A 1$ Fee.
