Use archive.org for checking the what was the content previously on the dead links.

Use ahrefs.com for analyzing the backlinks of the dead links.

Download all the backlinks of all the dead links.

keep them in the backlink data folder.

Resources: Use The High Conversion Email Pitch to Email Webmasters.

Use Who.is For finding the contact information of the webmaster.

Use Fiverr.com or Iwriter.com for getting the similar topic content/article of the dead links created for you and then post it to your blog. and use that specific link to PITCH the webmaster.
