The payment proof is on Libertyreserve which already stopped working last year. So it is a very old proof. It might have already gone scam.. :O
edit: as i notice its written 19.1.2015 , but which payment processor they are using ?

What methods you tried? Did you tried using proxy to register bunch of accounts?

For me the website caused my antivirus to alert me that accessing this site is a potential risk.. I think the site may have some trojons on it or something of the sort...

No. I only referr other people and get commission for their login too everyday.

What antivirus do you use? Because I didn't get any warn.
