Nope. Only to US, UK and Canada. They allowed India before but they stopped it recently. You can buy US PV from someone.

But one thing is not 100% right: My bots in AngeClub make you money autopilot
Depending on the bot it does make more or less, and a little effort needs to be made like registering to the website, setting up the bot, and take a look at the vps 1 or 2 times a day but it's still autopilot.

Nice idea @Xenom , but you need to edit a litte bit the answer of this question "Q2. Is AngeClub Worth It?" , AngeClub section do contain Chilli bots and other members bot in the future that will help you to earn money on autopilot . Also you didn't mention about having the AngeClub tag allow you to use the coin system which can earn you fast money by simply sharing your things.

Ange club bots runs on verifications accounts (chilli will make you one when you unlock 1 of his bots) and the ver. acc will be active just for the time you have angeclub purchased (1 month) after that if you will not buy another month of angeclub you will still have the bot BUT your verification acc will not be active so there will be no option to use the bot
