to be honest with you , I don't think you can earn with such thing nowadays , adfly become more powerful and they don't accept fake clicks or proxy traffic like the old days when people used bots to earn , you still can earn good cash with adfly but you need to provide contents to your visitors and then you can force them to click the "Skip" button to continue reading your articles.
I recommend you to take some time to develop your blog , try to get a nice domain name and try to focus on designing the blog also which contents you want to provide your readers (that you like too).
If you want to earn as blogger , it's not that easy , you need to take be patient and try to read more.
