I remember seeing an adfly bot , but you need to pay a lot of money for private proxies , and you may get banned. It's a bad investment , so instead of this , why can't you use one of the tricks to earn with adfly , try to convince people on Facebook or twitter to click your links by offering them something (use a hot niche from google news)

No shortener has a free bot
also TE will not work because you must click on the "Click here to continue" or "Next" simply the button to redirect to the original website, otherwise it will not count, or it maybe will but you will get banned

Sure, you can try private high elite proxies, but you will lose like 100$ and earn 0.1$ from it per 1000 views, and there is also risk of being banned.
