Since i will earn some bucks selling my pc, i just want to know if 400$ for the pc specs below are fair or i can find same / better specs for less $. Thanks in advance to everyone will help.

Where do you live? If somewhere you live has newegg, maybe I can help you out, Also look around from your friends old pc' you can easily find parts
