I signed up for the $300 in 60 days trial google cloud, what do i do now to make money please? I know typing everything out would be a pain but at least pointing some fingers to guides for me would be great, please help thanks. There's probably a few other members that need direction too.

I need some help please for the google cloud instances thank you. I followed the guide at liquidweb.com/kb/how-to-install-the-xfce-desktop-environment-on-ubuntu-14-04-lts/ and afterwards the guide at liquidweb.com/kb/how-to-install-vnc-server-on-ubuntu-14-04-lts/on a http and https no firewall vps on google cloud instance but when i try to connect through vnc viewer it waits a few seconds and says failed, the server took too long to respond, please help thank you.
