I'm looking for a CPM network that allows hitleap traffic. I've used Adhexa, but a lot of people told me it doesn't pay and i also had problem with traffic there.

If you find for CPM that allows hitleap traffic i think you won't get that..
But, if you find PTP ( Paid To Promote ) I think i had some...

So with ptp you basically promote your website or something? I would appreciate it if you would give a good ptp site.

With PTP you get an unique link and on the link you send traffic

Some PTP give you banner like advertisment. You can put that at your blog/site. Another PTP give you unique link that you can promote...

I see, Is it possible to send traffic from hitleap even if you upgrade your account?

Yups. you can mate.
But, manage the time per visit.
or you won't get the credit.
But, Please don't think that this will give you much money.

It depend on how much you can hit the site or you banner, Mate.
I got many scam site before...
And for now... I'm starting new project, Try to create a blog and PTC sites...
may be you can ask someone that still playing PTP...
This is not Profitable at all ( Just small Profit ) ...
