i needs a script imacros which let me deconnect router every 1 min

Imacros are only in Browsers or ?
I dont think you can do anything like this with imacros

but we can accsess to the rooter board via browser like 192.168.1.1

That's you dont need iMacros for that, you can get someone to code it for you, you can also make a contraption like Mr.Bean to remove the cables
I think there are softwares for that kinda stuff
..
