So what is App Review ?
Its a new site where you get money for reviewing apps on Itunes.

What will i get ?
You will get $1 for every review of FREE APP (Paid apps are there not)

When can i cashout ?
After the system detect your review your money will be added in 7 days into your account

You will be redirected to Itunes.
Download it and AFTER download write a review.

Can you open multi accounts with different ips? Do you need a verified paypal account?

you can review about 3-5 apps per day (depens on how much are developers buying reviews)
You can register an Itunes with free option (no paypal/credit card needed) but only throught Itunes Software
You can open only 1 account/1 ip adress/1 Itunes account
I dont know how it is in your country but in my when i have unverified pp i cannot receive more than 5 USD so if you want receive amounts of 5+ you will maybe need verified pp

I think arabia .. But these 4 apps are only per day .. One day yoi can have 7 apps another only 2 etc
