. @Maikol665 As medsamy said , google cloud doesn't accept prepaid card anymore, so i guess they don't accept virtual neither. For paypal fit good as always.

How about AWS method, much difficult I think because they require phone verification. Any suggest for free method?

AWS phone verification is easy as hell. Google cloud on the other hand, is so strict on their cc/db verification. But there's some VCC that are not yet blocked, i just don't know it yet.
