yes of course if you're planning to earn with adsense ,but spoofing ref won't earn you much as it's a way of ranking or selling traffic , it won't get you clicks or something.

Glad it worked for u , now go and create another 4 accounts with the same PC ( you're allowed to do 5) and use VPSs to create more AdSense to resell them later for a higher price ( when the method got fixed and AdSense become even harder to approve into)
