Hello This is John Ahmar from customer support and I will assist you through this ticket.
3 of 4 servers are 100% damaged and the 4th server (smtp server) need some repair and some part replacement but even when we try to run the platform on the partial working server, the loading requests is so huge that it is taking it down again.
We are unable to access the HD contents since it automatically locked during the storm and the power fail. This is a security feature to avoid data loss.
HD are sent to DELL company to unlock them and we ordered new 5 custom dedicated servers. The estimated delivery time is Apr 27, 2015. We hope DELL will manage to unlock the HD and we can return back to work by May 1, 2015.
During this period, we will stay in touch with our members and reply to all emails. We really appreciate your understanding, and we have faith that we will return with stronger and better servers and services.
