How long when receiving money after redeem ? And if I use VPS, do they warn me 1-2 times then ban me ? Or ban immediately ?

All withdraws need up to 7 business (working) days to be evaluated by our monitoring team and released after their approval. Business days are days from Monday to friday only. Saturday and sunday are not included in the count.

I accidently used ZenMate while surfing then immediately sent a ticket that i accidently used it and that i dont want to get banned and stuff they replied in a couple hours and they told me that there is an automatic detecetin system that checks suspicious IPs every couple days and punish ban ban ban. Without abusing you can ask them to clear your ip history if you know what ip wasit or what time. I loved them already
