They are creating normal vps, not free tier. They will get charged, and if they cant pay, their account will get banned, thats why they give warranty of 5, 10 or 15 days, and normally not 30days warranty.
If you use free tier vps, you won't get charged and can use it for 12 months totally free without getting banned.

Then they changed something and now it seems they only allow 2 vps per account
