Okay now i will answer serious
1) The border - No need to remove it, it dont hurt the eyes etc, users like shady will make profile pictures with admin tags etc and newbies can be so stupid to believe it so NO from me (it will be really MUCH work with infractions, bans etc if i say YES)
2) the bigger avatars - you can get a big avatar if you buy any Sub, making it into posts "prizes" will lead into spam .. yes trust me people are so stupid to spam for EVERY shit .. so another NO from me
