i am acutaly having a problem with paypal
i have money in my account but i cant send it or buy somthing online
some one said to me you need vcc ? i can pay for the vcc from my paypal funds or via skrill

I think u only need VCC if you are from US.

why did you use a vpn for bancore ??
bancore dont send you a vcc, just a virtual one

I don't know if you are on TBN (thebotnet) but there are quite a few good VCC sellers that can verify your paypal. Talking from experience as I verified my PP too.
