I contacted the support and he upgraded my account and I can create up to 50 instances

@Angemon, what reason did you tell them for upgrading your account? I tried some time ago but they told me I needed to elaborate more the reasons to upgrade my account...

that we are a private school that need VPSs for education purposes (which is kinda true since we do have a private school)
