Your only allowed one browser for regular accounts. You basically have 2 of the same codes for premium accounts. A regular account should look like this:

Also when actually running it you should open the tabs manually, then start the imacros. So with a premium, open up 3 tabs first, with regular you would open up 2 tabs, then start the imacros.
