Old code cannot work anymore so... Does anyone here has the code?

When you go to that page it will appear like this:

I can make it.but its not worth it.u get captcha for every checkin and each time its always 15 satoshis.
So 1 captcha every 5 mins.I would say faucets are lot better than this
