Sites like Otohits,Hitleap works like you start a viewer and the viewer surf sites submited to the system .. and you earn points/minutes .. you can spend minutes/points to get some traffic to your site .. but if you want to earn with CPM (traffic on your site) you will need real visitors or faked refferer
