If you are going to want to make only $10 for just a game I think you won't be much successful in this field.
No one is going to lend you the money, I would suggest going to fiverr research about good gigs and make a few money or write articles, make graphics if you really want the game bad.

If you're just looking to make $10, slicethepie.com might be good for you. It's freaking annoying to use, but if you're just going for $10, you could make that with a little effort. Slicethepie pays out to paypal. You review music and get paid. It's a good way for a noob to make a little money.
Also, perktv is a crappy mobile app you could use to passively earn $10 over a week or two.(haven't used it in a while. I think they nerfed the amount you could make but idk)
These aren't ways you can make any real amount of money, but if you're looking to make just $10 for a game every so often, I think you could do it.
Edit:Actually, I'm not sure if these are available in Hungary. Might be able to use with VPN?

Oh really ? And how will he buy it ? CSGO is only online purchase, havent seen a cd + how will he play it ? Its Steam, and i dont think he wants to play single player only, even if he wanted he could not because he needs steam for that, and no internet = no steamOriginally Posted by Co0oL

You cant play CSGO without internet, even if you will have a cracked one, you need to download it, and you need internet to it, soHe never said that he wanted to play it online
