I just had an idea on a new method. I need to test it to see if it works. Then I'll share it in the angeclub section.
For that, I need a good PPI network that pays (I need to see payment proofs so I don't waste my time on something that doesn't pay) and offers good rates for any country, even Tier 3 or 4. I also need them to offer a low payout to Paypal so I can cash out fast if it works.
If you know/use any PPI that fits this description, I'll be more than happy to sign under you ;)
