I think u only need VCC if you are from US.
use bancore vcc, i have tried it
i am from egypt and i made tha account using french vpn , how much it cost bancore vcc ?
why did you use a vpn for bancore ??
bancore dont send you a vcc, just a virtual one
I don't know if you are on TBN (thebotnet) but there are quite a few good VCC sellers that can verify your paypal. Talking from experience as I verified my PP too.
