I have encountered the same problem I contacted them sent a message explaining the problem and after a short time contacted me and resolved the problem, to connect with them enter your advertising account as if you want to create an advertisement for a page, then in the top right you will find a helpe button click on it Click on "Payment Method Problem", then fill in the fields and explain the problem in detail and wait for the reply .
