A-Ads should be good for you, accept blogger and you can use TE on it, just use some hidden/custom refferer, or twitter t.co trickQuote:

I am using a-ads right now so they payout
a-ads accepts TE traffic for real? What TEs are you using? I had them for so long now but haven't tried with a TE

the t.co method is simply paste the link into new twitter status update and then right click on the status and copy the link
it will show as t.co/something
