Also i was using Xapo wallet too, but just for the 5k satoshi per refferal register promo.
In advcash.com i refused payment and in the wallet i have discounted the balance, what can i do

I use Coinbase :)
and the balance reached me, solved
Desktop Wallets/ Offline Wallets.
Coinbase for me.You get many btc address for a single account
