Is there a moderator guide section ? just to make sure if it's the same as in GB.
If not, then please PM me some tips about what I need to do exactly.

If you want to join the VIPs , you need to submit an exclusive exploit. For that you have to pm Chillivanilli & Angemon with the exploit and they will approve members according to their exploits

There is a staff section you will see a post there about moving threads , the other things are easy to do.
