I guess you have to buy a new package.
But currently there is shown, that this package costs only $0.00 for 3 weeks.
So it should be possible to buy it for free every 3 weeks.

Nope you are wrong mate .. after the 3 weeks your package runn off and you MUST buy another PAID package .. the package you start with cannot be "purchased" again .. so you will never reach the min. payout without buying that stupidly expensive package

I thought something like that, only wondered, that it is listed by the other packages with a button "upgrade"

Most of these kinds of ptc usually dont pay.
