Method ONE
You all must be thinking that this is some type of macros or something
you can get macros at other threads
Here i will post some other tricks
So when you have registered to the above sites then go to their ptp section
i.e /surf.php
copy your unique promote link
Then download this app from here
Download fasty.rar in Ziddu
and extract both the files on desktop (remember the proxy.txt is necessary)
And this app too

after downloading the second app .scrape some proxies like about 10k and paste all of them at proxy.txt
now open the first app i.e fastvisits and in the website tab paste your paid to promote link and make the threads tab from 36-100
and click on start.
here is the result of this method
You can earn more if u use more proxies.i am just bored with this kind of work
Method TWO
Go to alexa surf of likesasap and likesplanet and start 12second autosurf
Start cheat engine and enable the speed hack and make it to 25 :p or 35 as per your configurations
i would suggest to use cometbird browser for speed hack tricks as it doesnt crashes
