There is no maximum amount of Angecoin's in the circulation, but there are coin price changes (Look at the header). The price changes depending on how many eBooks get posted.

You write a nice eBook, that you think AngeClub members would really appreciate, and you post it just like you normally do. But now, when you post it, use HIDE button
to hide the download link. And now, when anyone who would be interested in downloading the eBook, he has to give +฿ (Shown only if you have coins to give) 
to unlock the hidden text, in this case, the download link.
