i would to ask you if is really safe click on own ads through a vps. I ask this because some PDA or CPA can detect and ban you if you try to cheat them. So, i would to know your opinion.

It does not matter where the clicks come from. As long you make sure to have another IP Adress each time, which is nearly impossible.
You could use a proxylist to click on that ads but please ensure not to have IP's in your list that might get recognized as
1.) Public Proxy IP's
2.) Datacenter IP
I'd say - you should not click on your own ads with a vps or other computer as you might get banned from Google Adsense, or whereever you are planing to get money from.
But thats up to you...
All I know is Adsense , and it's safe if you click ONCE your ad using a VPS , but that won't earn you money , also make sure your VPS do have search history and caches on it , and you go to your website through a SEARCH ENGINE , not direct ref .
PS: I don't think bying a lot of VPS to click your ADS ONCE in every VPS will earn you anything , I recommend spending time getting real traffic , than playing around with Guugle.
