Hey and welcome to my little SE Costa Coffee guide, so the way that I did that was pretty easy and I'd score this a easy as fuck!

What did I do?

Simply I went to "contact us" and then complained about a little experience that happended.

Don't copy this, but use something like this;

I was in a costa (location) and I ordered a hazelnut cappuccino but instead I was served a mocka of somekind, it wasn't what I ordered, I did compain to the staff there that it wasn't my drink that I ordered, and they made me another one, it was quite busy that day and I'd admit they were running around like headless chickens, anyhow, when I got the drink again it was still not what I ordered, I can't believe you could mess up on an order twice, just after myself complaining. This is stupid, I normally come into this costa about 3 times if not 5 times a week on my way to work, and sometimes on the way back. But I have never had such a mess up in the morning.

Something like that anyways, make sure you include that you go into this store alot, and spent abit with them.
They will send you points about "500 points" which can mostly aford any drink from there. FOR FREE.
