Just download it, upload it into your website ftp (directory) and visit your website, it will load auto.
Now how you add your faucets/refferal links ?
Open the index.html you downloaded with notepad/notepad++ and search for the faucet list (it will look like this)
and edit the links/add links
Just for fuck's sakes DONT buy ANY faucet rotators scripts people are selling, they can be easilly ripped of like i did now
i think we need to have a Faucet Rotator bot with capshaw's solving on it makes it easy XD

Captcha solving is not the problem, but the problem is:
1. sites that pay and dont scam
2. sites that pay about 500 satoshis (because of the automatic captcha solving, otherwise it won't be profitable)
3. enough sites which got the requirements of 1. and 2.

if you want i can put together a list of sites that dont scam and you can work from there i dont mind testing them out if it makes it easy :)

We need a list of faucets, that are online for some time (so we can make sure they won't go down in near future), that pay, and that pay at least, lets say 400 satoshis.
But we'll need a huge list to make it profitable (20+)
The problem with automatic captcha solving is recaptcha v2... Because when we need to solve them automaticly, we need to send 2-3 captchas or even more, because it's a pain with http requests... But solvemedia captchas are good to solve

okay i'll look on every fourm for high paying Faucet's i have a few links already book marked that pays so i'll add those in i won 12k satoshis from one of them once lols and it paid me :)
