SE'able companies ?

So guys do you know some SE'able companies which ships to europe or are placed in europe ?
No Amazon please ofc
SE = you can lie to them to get the product for free, or you can easily get it refunded even if you got the product.

Of course i know of amazon, but it got a lot harder to Refund from them.

Also Bookdepository is easy to SE.

Any more ?
