Question about name+surname domains

Hi guys,
basically i open this thread since could be helpful to other in the future, avoiding ask Angemon one thousand time the same question.
I was in doubt about create name+surname domain, since i don't want to get in trouble and pay a lot of sanction. Few example of what i'm talking about can be :
hillaryclinton.com billgates.com etc. So, the question is : if i register a domain with the name + surname of a famous person, can her/him claim the domain and denounce me ?
Regards
in my knowledge , you can register a celebrity domain name if you're a fan and you have no intend in making money with that domain , that means you can't sell the domain to that person , you can't resell the domain for a higher price , you can't use ads on the website neither affiliate offers. There is a policy called UDRP or UDPR I really don't remember , this policy protect even normal people , any personal name that is registered by someone else for profit can get into big troubles , it may cost him xx,xxx$ . I hope this answer your question.
Thanks Angemon, i can close the thread.

I guess all the threads on the discussion section should remain open , may be some changes will happen on domaining and someone may need to reply to this. Also we would like to hear from others , may be a member has already made a sale for celebrity domain and he bypass the policy.
