Great method to get free video templates. You wont make money directly but since you can get tons of videos you can sell them on fiverr. Make gigs like "I will make you business promotional video" or something like that. ++Profit. I saw many people who actually BUY subscriptions and then sell videos which they make (add text) to their client.
Plus, you dont need to have any skills how to edit videos using sony vegas etc. everything is explained in ebook.
P.S. Just leting you know that all videos are not some creative etc. its for promoting your business, products..
I did not try it myself but i bet you can make good money by selling "custom" videos on fiverr without any investment. Good written eBook, everything is explained inside!

Update: Website just started to work after a silence, so method is still usefull if you aim to produce videos with no cost
