But I never had your adsense account, only the name that cannot be changed, the address can be changed.

You're missing the idea , if it's not working for your country even that it should then forget about earning and focus on selling that means go on fiverr or forums and see if someone want an AdSense account , make him one for free using the method until you get reputation and them start selling your service like the example I have shown in the eBook.
