My antivirus keeps auto deleting your program, because it thinks it's a virus. Could you give us a virus scan of the program it self. In the mean time i suggest not using this program. It might be a virus.

Edit: Forgot to tell that the virus that has been detected is: WS.Reputation 1. I don't know if this is a false positive.

Thanks for sharing, it´s a proxy scraper + checker but most of the proxies are already dead
