I think that paying by posts would be best option. Like 0,50$ for 400 words post or whatever. Not many ppl wants to jump into deep ocean without safety. I wouldn't be sure as writer to gain huge profits without knowing if site will be popular :smile:

But for a gaming niche is hard.. I'm sure a writer after 5 post would leave if he creates a new blog, but Tatsumi is doing a great job, and 25% of his adsense earning is not low
You could hire more writers if you'll pay them per articles.

Lool, what you want? Yeah, Peoples can make new blog but it will cost money, and it´ll take time to get it famous
I´m getting you work for 30-60$ Per Month. (I meant it like as Second small work, since it´s not any biggest earnings)
If you want to have Nerves with hosting/site/plugins/settings etc. Go! Go! You can do it!
