Very detailed and good written eBook with pictures. You can easily follow each step and you will success creating a aws account for sure, if you follow each step.
Basicly it's the method Butcher Pudge posted, but better written and every single step is explained in detail. Also how to protect yourself and getting the tools and other accounts you need for creating the account.

Guys, don't make accounts from the USA. Make them from the countries I have mentioned and if you do everything I mention, they won't ask for verification.
