get proxies with specification that you want for free

hello all
proxy server , which is usually found through many online sites , which can be stopped at any time as long as it is free, but also comes with particular port and the protocols may not be encrypted ... and on the other hand, there are several other sites through which you can create proxy server with specifications that you want, and this is useful dramatically, especially if you want to use a certain proxy certain specifications for matching purposes ...

But if you find something useful for the name, they won't be a problem.
