The a2s logo is really annoying, I used to do it for going to home page but now it just flashes when u click on it and i get really pissed...

This is to avoid overloading the server. If you are not active in shoutbox for a certain time it will get inactive. Otherwise the shoutbox will send (for example every 5 seconds) a request to the server. This costs traffic and ressources.
But maybe Angemon can higher the threshhold time before it gets inactive
