Have you made the flares yourself from the filters? Thats a good idea, try adding gaussian blur to them and see what happens!

yeah it's a simple flare filter :) i don't know about that gaussian blur , but i'll try it , thanks for advice

It should come out like an abstract bubbly effect, try it!

Personally, I love simple designs.
Something simple, Some small effects here and there, some nice font and we are done :)
