Isn't a martingale strategy always a losing strategy in the long run?
Basicly yes. But if you always just bet 1 Satoshi, and you have a backup balance which can handle a loss strike of 20 or similar, then it's very unlikely that you'll lose, but sure it can happen. It is still gambling and even if you have a chance of 0,0001% of getting a loss strike of lets say 24, it still can happen in 1 million bets.
I have the bot running on my vps because it does not take any ram or cpu, so it always runs in the background and I'm making about 50k satoshis / day with a backup balance of 800k satoshis. Just pennies, but better than nothing :)
