hard work is the way :) find something that people are interested in, shorten them with shorte.st and then spread your links.
Or make a Blog with movies streaming (this will give a good online incoming)

If you have time, Just head to any popular Facebook page and put it in comments saying things related to the post.
Go to forum and fool some newbies, Make a blogger for scripts/bots/etc and use sh.st links.
Those are some tricks I know but I'm too lazy.
