I have just finished reading an Interview made with Cyrus Shepard on MOZ.COM (https://moz.com/blog/domain-authority-seo) about How to Use Domain Authority 2.0 for SEO
My opinion is that before you try to put any backlinks, you should verify the Pagerank (https://www.checkpagerank.net/check-page-rank.php)

Hello Angemon i don't mean anything special, each one has his own method to bring backlinks, this what I mean by put, because there are so many ways to handle it.
