Hello internet marketer,
I have a database of emails and i want to send them CPA offers, but i don't have a good experience in email marketing, and i found that using online email marketing tools like: Mailchimp get me banned. so i decide to use my own software, i buy cheap vps and install phplist on it and start sending but my vps get shutdown. I need your help because i'm lost with a tons of information out there and offers of smpts....
