hello, so my dedicated server dell paoweredge r420 with 64 g ram lost its OS server 2012 after an update, i try to repair it in vain, it shows me missing bootmgr for now, after i succeed to run the installation wizard with IDRAC https://gyazo.com/321f84101a5669add18a82915c243db9 , and after taking about 2 hours to coplete installation ooops after reboot it shows No compatible device found. and sometimes missing also the boot

i dont really know what to do, i dont matter to recovery or not my dedicated but i just wana see windows on it with running
any help please with TV. ill be pleased
